At St Michael’s, courageous advocacy is at the heart of our school community. Every pupil is encouraged to make a positive difference through belonging to one of our house teams: the Dambusters, Barons, Swans, Poachers, Yellowbellies or Imps. Throughout the year, each team takes responsibility for organising a community event, a charity event and a competition, giving children the opportunity to lead, serve others and work together for causes they care about!
Our pupils also play an active role in our Helping Hands group, which focuses on supporting the school community in practical and meaningful ways. Through these opportunities, children learn the importance of compassion, responsibility and using their voices and actions to create change for the good of others.
