In the Vimtingles we support children in achieving their full potential whilst maintaining a love of learning and having fun! We encourage children to ask questions so that they feel they have an active role in their learning, and support them in working independently and as part of a team. Lessons are varied and stimulating to ensure children are always excited to learn!
In Upper Key Stage 2 children begin to take on more leadership roles at St Michael's which helps to build their confidence and establishes fantastic friendships between children throughout the school.
Our topic for this term is a local study about Thorpe-on-the-Hill - We will be finding out the past, present and future of our village. What would it be like if Thorpe became a city? How would it change and would we like the changes?
